Our Location
We purchased the Buenosaires Guesthouse in September 2024 and have given it a top-to-bottom renovation and rebrand. The result is The Albany Rooms: six comfortable, modern rooms in the heart of Bexhill-on-Sea, with guest parking on site. We wanted somewhere that felt genuinely welcoming rather than just functional — and that’s still what we’re aiming for with every guest who stays.

We’re about a minute’s walk from the De La Warr Pavilion and the seafront, right in central Bexhill. The town centre, shops and restaurants are all close by, and the rail links to London and Brighton make us an easy base whether you’re here for a weekend by the sea or passing through. Guest parking is available for Zone C.

Each of our six rooms has its own character, from our cozy double, a large family and a ground-floor garden room, all styled with thought comfort in mind. Our Accommodation is dog-friendly, so your four-legged pets are welcome too. Guest parking is included with a voucher for Zone C, and whether you’re here solo or with others, we’ll help you find the room that suits your stay.
